1. Subscription Information

AlbumAI offers a Premium Subscription that unlocks advanced AI-powered features for writing, photo books, and creative storytelling. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are clearly displayed in the app before purchase.

2. Premium Subscription Features

The AlbumAI Premium Subscription provides access to additional features and functionality, subject to these Subscription Terms and the Fair Use Policy.

2.1 AI-Powered Writing

• Unlimited AI Caption Generation, subject to reasonable use limits and system availability.
• Multiple Writing Styles, which may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time.
• Enhanced AI-Generated Text Outputs, which may vary in quality, tone, and accuracy.

2.2 Photo Books & Creative Outputs

• Unlimited Premium Photo Book Creation, subject to Fair Use and technical constraints.
• Print-Ready Digital Exports for personal use.
• Watermark-Free Outputs for content generated under a Premium Subscription.
• Short Video Creation from photo-based content, subject to supported formats.

3. Feature Availability & Modifications

All Premium features are provided on an “as available” basis. AlbumAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. Feature availability may vary based on device compatibility, system capacity, geographic location, or other technical limitations. No specific results or outputs are guaranteed.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. Fair Use Policy

AlbumAI Premium is intended for personal, non-commercial use. To ensure fair access and service quality for all users, we reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits in cases of excessive, abusive, or automated activity, including but not limited to:

• Mass automated content generation
• System abuse or attempts to bypass technical limits
• Use of AlbumAI for large-scale commercial production without authorization

If usage significantly exceeds normal personal use, access may be temporarily limited or adjusted.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription time unless required by law.
