How to cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed by Apple via the App Store. You can cancel at any time by following these steps:
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone/iPad.
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.
- Tap "Subscriptions".
- Select AlbumAI and tap "Cancel Subscription".
Refund Policy
Since all payments are processed by Apple, developers cannot issue refunds directly. If you need to request a refund:

We respect your privacy rights. If you wish to delete your AlbumAI account and all associated data:

- We will process your request within 7 business days after verifying your identity.

- Q: What if generation fails?
- A: If generation fails due to network issues, it typically won't count against your limit. If you experience persistent issues, please contact support.
